Shipping accessories:

All accessory orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12 PM (EST) will begin processing and are scheduled to ship within 3 business days, excluding holidays, contingent upon product availability and credit card authorization. Accessory orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will commence processing but will not be shipped until the following week. Thank you for your understanding.

Our parts and accessories are dispatched directly from our factory via UPS. Each package comes with a secure tracking number, ensuring fast delivery and reliable monitoring of your shipment.

Accessory Returns:

We accept returns on parts and accessories that have not been used, demoed, worn, or altered. All returns require return authorization initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges of any kind are non-refundable. Customers may obtain return authorization by contacting Marathon Boat Group directly by calling 607-849-3211 or emailing us at sales@marathonboat.com.

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo inspection to verify that its condition is consistent with when it was originally shipped. Once this verification is complete, a credit will be issued in the same manner as the original payment, excluding the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee. Marathon Boat Group recommends using an insured, traceable carrier for all returns, as we cannot be held liable for any returned goods that are lost by the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Canoes:

All canoes are custom-made to order. Please contact us after placing your order or beforehand to obtain an estimated completion time for your canoe. The shipping cost for a canoe is a flat rate, determined by your location zone. Additionally, canoes can be picked up directly from our factory at no extra charge. Additional Canoe Shipping Info:

What you need to know about shipping a Grumman canoe: We utilize LTL (less than truckload) freight carriers for the shipment of our watercraft. Please note that we do not ship canoes via UPS or FedEx, and shipping to P.O. boxes is not permitted. To schedule a delivery time, the carrier requires a contact name, phone number, and receiving hours. We kindly ask that you provide all relevant information when placing your order. It is essential that you are present at the delivery location when the truck arrives and deliveries are not typically made on weekends. Please be aware that delivery is conducted to the curbside only. The driver will unload the watercraft from the truck; however, assistance with moving the item into a garage or driveway may not be provided.

IMPORTANT: Before signing the delivery receipt from the driver, we strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect your watercraft for any shipping damage.

Canoe Returns:

Due to the custom nature of our canoes, we regret to inform you that refunds are not permitted once an order has been placed and before the canoe has been shipped.

Canoe Damage:

If the packaging of your watercraft does not exhibit any signs of damage, please sign the delivery receipt and retain a copy for your records. It is essential to unwrap and inspect the watercraft within 24 hours of receipt. In the unlikely event that you discover concealed damage, please refer to your copy of the delivery receipt and contact the appropriate carrier to arrange for an inspection of the unit. Kindly retain all packaging materials and refrain from attempting to repair or conceal any damage to the boat.

In the event that the packaging of your watercraft shows visible signs of damage, please unwrap the boat immediately to assess for any additional damage to the vessel itself. If you find any damage and choose not to accept the delivery, do not sign the delivery receipt, refuse the shipment due to the damage, and contact the fulfiller as indicated on the Bill of Lading or packing slip. Marathon Boat Group assumes no financial liability for damage to canoes during the shipping process.
