Canoes are available for pickup at the factory. If shipping is required, please email us or call us at 607-849-3211 so we can provide an accurate price to your destination.

We accept returns on parts and accessories that have not been used, demoed, worn, or altered. All returns require Return Authorization initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may obtain Return Authorization by contacting Marathon Boat Group (MBG) directly.

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure the condition is the same as when shipped. Once confirmed, a credit will be processed (excluding original shipping & re-stocking fees) in the same manner as the original payment. MBG recommends shipping returns through an insured, traceable carrier.
